I finally arrived in Canada! I was very excited.

I went hiking with Keito and my host family. My host family gave me a stick to walk with, but the hill was still too steep for me. When we finished the climb, we could see a very beautiful view.

There was a basketball court near my homestay, so I and Keito played basketball that day. It had been a while since I had played basketball, so it was fun.

I attended the LEAP event. The corn maze and pumpkin lanterns were all new to me, so I enjoyed all the activities.

〜The Japanese dumpling Party〜

I missed Japanese food so much that I made dumplings with my classmates. It was so delicious for me because I have had it in a long time.

〜Wells Gray Provincial Park〜

I got to see some very beautiful waterfalls. I also remember playing sports and eating snacks near the waterfall.

〜Halloween〜

I dressed up for Halloween with my classmates. I dressed up as Violet from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I was very excited because I had never dressed up so seriously in Japan.

〜Frankly Coffee〜

I went to the cafe in Kamloops. The restaurant was very stylish and had a different atmosphere from Japan. I ate the quesadilla and it was very delicious.

〜The Night View〜

I was very impressed by the night view from near my homestay. My house is on top of a mountain, so the view from there was fantastic.

〜Christmas Party〜

We attended the Christmas party of Wakaba’s host family. At that time we made gingerbread cookies. I was surprised that the cooking methods and tastes were different from those in Japan.

〜Christmas Party (LEAP)〜

I attended the last event of LEAP. I played some games and took pictures with Santa Claus. I was happy to be able to participate in the last event.
